Journal Entry 9.24.11

GRADUATION DAY!

Thursday Matt and I had our second ultrasound.  Crazy the difference 2 weeks makes!  The heartbeat was up by 40 beats and you could see the start of a baby.  There was a definite head, body and small fluttery legs!  It has set in and is far more real!!

During the ultrasound Dr. Cooper came in again and was VERY pleased with everything.  He looked at the ultrasound and said we had officially graduated from their clinic.  We are released to Mercy and should schedule an appointment with them soon.

This is the doctor's second favorite day, 1st is picture day!  So the only thing left is to have the baby and send him a picture!

WOOHOO we are having a baby.

With baby has come some side effects....I have been super tired.  There were nights I went to bed at 9, which is WAY not like me.  Nausea has also set in.  I have not gotten sick, but have an all day feeling of it could happen at any minute.  This is not so fun when you're at a home visit and worried you might get sick in THEIR house.  Oh well, I will survive and after the past 2 years I love being sick and tired!!

I am also graduating into maternity clothes.  Last week all my pants started getting very tight.  I will be buying rubber bands to see how long I can make them work, but also bought a pair of capri's and me and mommy to be.  I got to admit, they are the most comfortable pair of pants I have ever owned!  More pants need to be cute but have a comfy elastic waist!

Lastly, Matt has taken a more baby friendly job!  Dickten Masch offered quite a bit more money to come back and work in the office.  Starting 10.15.11 Matt will be full-time and have normal people hours!!  Yeah for having my husband back at night!
